I contacted him back in September to get under contract for snow removal at a couple rental properties. Every time I spoke to him he was very friendly and assured me he would be able to take on our properties. He kept saying were very busy right now, but one way or the other well get it taken care of. I contacted him about 4 times and every time he stated hed try and get to the properties that day to get us a quote for the contract and then Id never hear from him. The last time we spoke I asked him to just be straight forward and tell me if he didnt think hed be able to take on our job to which he again assured me he could do it, only to never respond to the reminder text he asked me to send.
I would be very cautious about taking him at his word. He may do good work, I dont know. I wish we could have found out, but he was too flaky.

I am on a seasonal contract and was assured when I called this morning that they would come to plow today. I called again at 3:00 this afternoon and Ken told me that they won't be coming to remove the 1 ft. of snow that fell last night. "Too busy - hard night last night." He did not say that they are coming later. He said they are not coming at all! Who does that?! This is only the second plowable snowfall of the year and they completely fail. Hire at your own risk.
