These people stole my money. I order $200 worth of product from them. They sent the package to the wrong address and will not refund my money. I have been fighting with them for weeks to get my money back. When I ordered, they charged my card and I never heard back from them. Then, after I told them I did not want the product because of their poor customer service, they send it anyway. Then the product got stuck because the address they put was incorrect and does not exist and I told them to divert the package back to their business because I did not want it. They refused. It got sent to the wrong address, who knows where it went because they put the wrong address, and they still refuse to send my money! I'm going to take them to court.

I don't know if these people are associated or not with 24karatrose.com but on the website it states they are.  The 24karatrose people are extremely rude.  I would not recommend doing business with anyone associated with them.  Take your business elsewhere.
