Glenn Williams bought our house as is when we had to move to another state at short notice so my husband could start a new job. Glenn from K & G Investments was helpful, flexible and as good as his word. He had to wrestle with a partial remote signing as my husband left two weeks before the sale. He changed the closing date when our movers asked for an extra day before the move. He was courteous, local and very willing to work with us. He made our sudden move much less stressful. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Honest, diligent, hard working. Those are the words to describe Glenn Williams! Can not say enough good about him. He is not just looking to make money - truly goes out of his way to help even if it doesn't end up being a money making venture for K&G.
