We have banked at this branch for 15+ years ... I am surprised by the amount of negative reviews and they are not consistent w/ our experience. While lots of things are not great in Wells Fargo's bumpy ride in the last few years, we are generally treated well, get the business done, and find what we need. They do need to fix a phone number that would ring directly to this branch, and occasionally do have a bit of a wait. It helps if you know a banker you can ask for.

Branch has gone to hell. Floor bankers are non existent. Lines long. On three occasions in as many months I wanted quarters for the laundry. This was 2022, not during the coin shortage brought on by the pandemic in its first year. I was told they were out of quarters. I told the teller the money is ordered from the Fed on a Thursday. I knew; I had worked at that branch. And they ran out on a Saturday? His response was the quarters were ordered "when they were supposed to be ordered," which was a lame answer. Two weeks later I got three rolls. The next trip, about a month later, I was told "to make it fair, everyone gets one roll." I went ballistic reminding these woke employees that we don't live in a socialist country and as long as I have the funds, I can get what I want. Management at this branch is incompetent. The Saturday hours are reduced now. Plus I just don't care to be in the same branch with woke customers who comment "socialism works." Yea, that customer was probably helping to burn down the Wells Fargo at 30th and Nicollet in May 2020. After 22 years banking with Wells Fargo, I closed the account and went with another national bank (not Huntington) since I'd rather bank where the customers with excellent credit scores can open accounts. Wells Fargo has become another former TCF, offering accounts to those with low credit scores, standing in line, promoting socialist causes.

15 people in line and 2 tellers working. Wells Fargo, your bank is great when you are adequately staffed so it doesnt take 20 minutes to see a teller. It's been this way since long before covid. Plz do better.
