        I just left a comment but I forgot to star rated I guess five stars thank you for making conference calls to the people you were extending me to instead of just giving me a number and extending me to them because usually when that happens they just tell me no lie about what they can do or say the opposite of what you said they could help me with and it was much easier getting through to them with you still on the line so thank you.
