Extremely helpful! We had a very short time until closing on our new home, and Higgins was able to accommodate this quick turnaround, and got us a great rate as well! Very pleasant to work with. Responsive. Highly recommend! We worked with Kris, and I'm sure they have other great staff as well!

A few years back I was looking to change my insurance agency after having some disappointing experiences with a larger national agency; one that I had been with for nearly 10 years. I was disappointed with their level of service, and began to feel like "just a number" to them even though I had been with them for so long. I happened to come across Higgins, and was helped immediately by Megan Lee. Megan and I spoke about my various insurance needs, and she both answered my questions and provided insight into what she and Higgins could do to help me. I was very pleased with the intake process, and I could tell she knew what she was doing, all of which made me confident in choosing Higgins as my new Insurance rep.
Higgins has now helped me obtain policies on my home, daily driver automobiles, classic car, ATVs, pontoon, jewelry, and more. My agent, Kris Edberg-Lasserud, is incredibly responsive any time I have a question about my policy, and she worked diligently with me to review multiple options so that I was getting the best coverage at the best price - and continues to make sure I am getting the best/best combo every time my policy is up for renewal.
I've been nothing but pleased with my experience with Higgins over the last couple of years, and definitely recommend you check them out.
