One of the better hotels in Minneapolis. Polite staff, a warm fireplace in the lobby and spacious rooms with plenty of natural light.
Location is a strong plus. Just 5 minute walk to Starbucks and 5 more to metro line (government center station that has both blue and green lines).
If you have time, you should take the blue line to Minnehaha falls (20 mins or so on blue line) and Mall of America (last stop on the blue line another 20 mins from Minnehaha falls).
You can take the green line to Union Depot (Amtrak / Greyhound).

Excellent hotel. All the staff I interacted with were friendly, extremely helpful, and professional. Rooms were both very clean and tasteful in decor. It was a short walk to the convention center, which was very convenient. Highly recommend and will absolutely stay here again if I travel to the area. Thank you for a comfortable and relaxing stay!

I went there to meet a friend The friend ever showed up. But the staff were very nice I would recommend them highly. And I never saw the room
