Rented a hospital bed for my mother who was out of surgery. It arrived on time, and the service was perfect. Highly recommend.

I needed a electric wheelchair with a right leg support because I had my foot amputated. She told me they had one they delivered 1. It did not have the leg support now. I have to wait a couple of days to get something. That actually will help me so now. I'm in pain in this comfort because I don't have the chair. I need when she told me. They did so do not believe this place unless you see it for your own eyes because they will sell you something just to make a Sale.

I had just gotten out of the clinic for some testing and was advised I needed good compression garments asap. I went, and knowing they were overpriced, decided to dig to see if I could find anything. I didnt find anything in budget but I was measured and advised to buy a 150 dollar garment. I was sick, exhausted, and felt very pushed into it by staff. I just wanted some relief. I bought it and went to the parking lot to look it up. I found the same exact thing for 60 dollars online. I know that they need to make a profit, but if their markups are already over 50% other retailers, I cannot imagine what their margins are. I immediately went back into to the store to return them, crying, and thankfully they processed it. The lady laughed at me though. I had never felt so exploited and run down. Thank god I didnt drive home considering their no return policy on worn items like other reviewers suggested. I cannot imagine what theyre doing to their elderly clientele. Its borderline criminal. Buyers beware! They are absolutely taking advantage of sick and vulnerable people. Oh, and as a side note, the store is an absolute disaster. Totally unsafe for people with mobility issues. Amazon may not be a more ethical company, but itll certainly save you or your loved ones from the ridiculous mark ups and uncaring staff.

When I started wearing compression stockings, I had been doing so by ordering them online.  I have found that online stockings might be less expensive but they don't always do the job.  So when I found Active Medical, I was so happy.Jane is a joy.  She is always ready with a smile, excellent service and if they don't have something in stock, they are quick to order it.  Today, I had a special request and she got out the catalog and helped me find what I was looking for and promptly ordered it. I am so grateful for your store and its service!

Very bad experience, unprofessional staff and they are not being honest, just trying to push you the items you can buy much cheaper at the retail store.
