        Every year (almost) we book a new years eve friends lunch --- and every year that we do get together, we almost always end up at a Parasole Restaurant. The team blows away our expectations and we look forward to seeing them again on 12/31/2023!

        Ordered a gift card online and never received it. Customer service is ignoring my emails, and their phones do not work. Going to have to file a claim to my credit card company.

        mgr allowed staff to not wait on me..I contacted parasole & nothing was done to deal with this situation..I went back to the restaurant & encountered the same waiter who ignored me.so I left . I called parasole regarding this latest incident..still getting crickets
