      image My husband remains sitting in a hospital unable to transfer to an Acute Rehabilitation Facility due to the complete lack of care and help on the part of United Health Care. The run around that the hospital and myself are having to go through just to get answers is appalling. I would NEVER recommend UHC to anyone. Their agents are difficult to understand with the exception of those through the provider portion of the system. The lack of help is disgusting. I have spent 5 days on the phone, being hung up on and still have no answers and every person i speak with has a different answer. HORRIBLE HEALTH CARE when you really need it.
