The main reason I go there is that they are not usually swamped with people, like many other stores are, and customer service is usually adequate and friendly enough. Doug is a great employee and very friendly.
Edit March 7. Just heard they will will be closing soon. It will be sad to see them go. I enjoyed shopping here. Just stopped by tonight for one last time. It will be sad to see it go, but at least the employees all have places to go, that's good to hear.
