I've been eating at this wendys for 10+ years. In the last 2 years the quality of the customer service and the accuracy of my order has gone from bad to completely unacceptable. The orders have something wrong with them more times then not. I have actual received more than once a piece of bread with ketchup and cheese (no meat) ordering a "Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger only ketchup". It's the only drive thru I can think of in the area where the food gets tossed in your face. I absolutely can not wait for the Culvers next door to open. I went from eating wendys 5+ times a week to barely once because of this store. I really wish that someone within the organization would address the problems at this location but until then I will eat at the KFC next door.

Another place that does not understand the value of good customer service. When a customer is on a restricted diet and wants 3 hamburger patties and nothing else, no bun, no toppings, and there is a way to key in just a hamburger patty for $.99 each, there is no reason to charge them for a $6 sandwich. Then, ask for a large water because of the need to consume 100 oz in a day and get a 12 oz cup. I just spent $6 on a meal that should have cost me $3, you can give me a large cup.
