I will frame this with a personal description. I am a 6'2" large guy. I look like a biker on my days off. I have been sewing for over 30 years.
Worst customer service ever. I wish I could give it less then one star. I went in to look for fabric for my step son's costume. The staff looked at me as if I was a sex offender on the prowl. I was having issue finding the correct fabric and when I found a staff person to help the staff person LITERALLY snarled, put up her noise and walked away. Also while I was trying to find what I was working for, the staff was laughing and joking about how they hated when people bring their "disease ridden" children into the store.
I will never buy from this store.
