I was having issues with my insurance company. Dyllan went above and beyond and handled it for me. He helped me pick out a great pair of glasses that I absolutely love. Very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

We used to get glasses here for my daughter, but will now look elsewhere.  Before picking my daughter up early from school, I checked their website and it said "Drop in anytime" to shop for glasses.  After driving almost 30 minutes and fighting through traffic, I was greeted by a locked door and a sign that said you can only come in with an appointment (due to covid).  Since the store was empty, I called and the guy working told me that there were no appointments available that day. Great. Although I appreciate taking covid seriously, a business like this should communicate their policies. Afterwards, I carefully went through their website and the only thing I could find about coming in is in the screenshot below.  Never going back...now I have to find another place to get classes.

Excellent selection of kids frames - but extremely expensive.  Glasses cost more than double what I paid at my optometrist.   The price includes a warranty on the frames and lenses and light-responsive coating - however, I didn't want the light-responsive coating (it was omitted, but no discount), and I would rather take my chances on needing to replace the glasses than have to essentially pay for it up front.  That isn't an option here.  I wasn't quoted a price until I asked for it, as I was getting ready to hand over my credit card.  The card went right back in my wallet.  Nothing in writing about the warranty.  I appreciate that they take COVID precautions seriously, I'm sure they see vulnerable populations - however I felt like we were viewed as contaminated - not a warm welcome at all, and no opportunity to peek at my son's face in the glasses without the mask in the way.  The sign on the front door practically screams GO AWAY, the notice of COVID precautions on the website is tiny and easy to miss.  Overall - not a great experience.  Wish it was better, the frames were great.

Would avoid this place at all costs. For a place that has a selection mainly meant to cater to kids, the staff on hand is quite possibly the worst person to try and work with kids. Dylan looked at our child's prescription and pulled the handful of frames that "were the only options available" and wouldn't hear out my wife when she asked questions about different styles, colors, or lens options. Totally inflexible and off putting. And I know we are in a pandemic and there are steps being taken to protect everyone, I can respect that. What I can not get behind is that when we asked to lower the mask on our child to try on frames, he tells us in a snotty voice "yes you can lower his mask but he can't be anywhere near me." Then proceeds to go halfway across the store to maintain his distance. That tone and attitude just dehumanizing, you've already shot down even the most simple of requests we had and now you treat our kid like a leper. Would never suggest this place or their incredibly rude service to anyone.
