2019-08 - My partner and I were in the process of wanting to establish our wills, family trusts, power of attorney, healthcare directives, and deeding our properties into one of the family trusts. The owner of Willwright Estate Plans, Ron Walters, met with us multiple times over the phone and in-person once we engaged his services. He talked us through the process, assessed our needs, collected our information, and drew up document drafts for us to review. After all the changes were made, we finished signing all of our paperwork. The entire time, Ron was very attentive to our needs, communicated very well with us, and was very flexible in meeting at my office; he even agreed to meet on the weekends to accommodate our busy schedule if needed.
