        They ruined the faux fur on my expensive winter coat and then did not reimburse me for the cost of cleaning or the cost for a new coat. It was not wearable. They even did not give me the coat back. Going to small claims court.

        Refused to honor Groupon original value paid of $10, expressly against their contract with Groupon. They got paid when I bought the Groupon and now they say they refuse all customers like me who ask for what's promised them on the Groupon certificate. Dishonorable!!
