Eat Street Dental

I called to make an appointment as a new customer with this clinic because it was close to my apartment. The receptionist seemed to be in a hurry and rushed me through the process. I told her on two occasions to give me a moment to look up the information she needed and check my calendar for dates. She was snippy with me when I requested an unavailable date and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. I don't usually leave such low reviews, but this interaction was disheartening as someone who does not like the dentist but put that fear to the side to try and better my health. This situation was very disappointing, but I am happy I dodged a bullet.

I'm very particular about who I allow to do my dental work, (esp. being that my father is a retired dentist) However my wife refered me to Eat Street Dental and the entire staff that worked with me: Dr. Dommer, Pat, Kate, & Kelly all were genuinely nice, cordial and made sure that I had a very plesant teeth cleaning experience.

The staff here are exceptional! Went in for my first appointment and they worked with me in every way to ensure too notch care.

I hadn't been to the dentist in a while because of some not so good previous experiences at other offices. I was very nervous going in for my consultation, but the entire staff was extremely comforting and they communicated very clearly which make me feel much more at ease. I appreciate the great patient care and the friendly staff and would highly recommend to anyone but especially someone who gets nervous about the dentist!
