I hired Mr. Leavitt approximately three years ago for a criminal case that I was
involved in. This man is the hardest working attorney that I have ever seen by
far!! I hate to admit this, but I am a tough client to represent, because of my
record. However, Thomas did not judge me one bit. He is a man that works hard
and will fight for your rights. If there is an issue with your rights being violated, he
will find it and challenge it. I can tell you first-hand that he will challenge any
rights violation that he discovers. He challenged that my rights had been violated
in one of my cases and it was dismissed.
I will also say that most attorneys would have given up on me, once they found
out that I picked up another charge while he was defending my original case.
However, Tom did not miss a beat. He simply dug in and worked harder than I
have seen any attorney work. In the end, he got one charge dismissed and a
downward departure in the other, when I was looking at a long prison sentence.
There is only one name that I will think of, if I ever have another run-in with the
law, or know of anyone in need of an attorney, that name is Thomas P. Leavitt.

I recently wrapped up a case with Thomas Leavitt as my hired attorney. It was my first experience in a legal case and I was a little overwhelmed going into it. Thomas "Tommy" was empathetic to my situation and walked me through the process. I appreciated his honesty and transparency about what the opposition might try. He always made himself available whether it be through phone, email, or in person. He made sure I understood my options and fought to get me the best possible outcome. You definitely can tell after meeting him that he's a community guy, which I think is important when defending the people.
