My partner and I have participated in four weekend retreats led by Thomas and Sara, plus several evening events and also an "advanced practice" six week series. For me as an individual and for the two of us as a couple, SkyDancing Tantra has been a game-changer. We've experienced incredibly deep intimacy with each other. We've learned to access our own personal energy and then share it with each other, and in different ways, with friends we've grown close to through Tantra. I've tried many different forms of mediation and energy practices and I've found more benefit for me in SkyDancing Tantra than in any other practice. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Love Passionately is the business name of the teaching team of Sara and Thomas Stout. You can see all they are certified to teach on their website, but as someone who has attended over 50 of their events, I can say they teach with love, clarity, and sensitivity. They are quite skilled at creating a safe container or environment in order for the participants to find their edges in order to grow past them. Boundaries, consent, communication, connection, compliments, smiles, chakras, meditations, dancing, letting go of guilt and shame, laughter, tears of release, sharing, touching, loving... these are a few of the things we practice. Their love for each other is apparent and inspiring. They offer two hour workshops, weekend retreats, and week long deeper dive programs. We are lucky to have them here in Minnesota where they are based!
