        We have trouble almost every time we go camping. The King One Pro is NOT easy to set up. And then when you call for help you have to leave a message and take a while to hear from anyone. Not happy with King.

        Prior to purchasing my new OTA antenna I contacted customer support to make sure this product would install on my RV OK, customer support got right back to me with their advice (which I took!), install went well and the product is what I expected and preforms very well. As a side note I was also looking at Winegard product but based on their reviews and a very poor response from customer service I chose KING.

        King Jack: Very very poor focus on customer service. No one answers the phone and have to leave a message. Won't respond to phone messages or emails to help desk. No letting the customer know how long before King Jack will get back to them. No trouble shooting guide on internet for OA 8500 Antenna. Overall worst company for customer service we have ever dealt with.
