Have received letters regarding the FDIC requirement for information on Grantor Trust. Have been to the local office 3 times regarding this requirement. All 3 times have been told that they know who the grantor is now, have his social security number, etc. Week or so same letter. Call and they tell me to go back to the local office. Now has only 2 people at most 3. Have grantor trust accounts with 3 other banks. NEVER AN ISSUE. HAVE NOW BEEN ON HOLD FOR 5 MINUTES OR SO. ANGER IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO HOW I FEEL.

Wells Fargo has signal handled taken $2,200 from us out of a ATM in Longmont Co. It has been over 5 days and have not refunded us. Which obviously are not going to. It was a cash deposit. Ive spent so much time calling customer service across to the Philippines. Finally 1 supervisor admitted that we are NOT getting the money back!! Do not trust them. Do not use any machines. And we found out that the cameras were not working. How convenient for Wells Fargo. I will to continue to post my anger on 2,200 sites for every dollar they stole from me. No one helps when you call any number. Of course I can not speak with the investigation manager, well properly because there isnt one. Hard to talk to someone that does not exist. . Beware if any of you out there continue to bank with them.

My wallet was stolen and I disputed the charges that were not mine on August 5,2022. Dont hear a word from them I call in October 3, 2022. The man on the phone said my dispute was denied I said why? I have a police report he said I cant tell you. He says they sent out a letter which I never received. When I asked him to resend the letter he said no they had already sent it. 12 years with this bank and this is how Im treated so Im going to a real bank.
