Carole Hallman Delightfully Dyed

Just visited Caroles Studio again over the weekend. What a treat! Fabulous clothes made even better by a Master Dyer. I always feel like a million bucks wearing a garment by Carole.

I have had the pleasure of following Carole's work since she started dyeing. It has been so exciting to see how she takes garments to a new level and gives them new life. I also love hearing about the process, since the patterning is so unique in each body of work. I love my classic silk shirts, but also my stunning pullover sweater. I can't wait to see where her creativity leads her next.

Carole takes a garment to a whole new level! By shibori dyeing the garment in an array of wonderful colors she gives each garment a custom made look at a fraction of the price. You need to see these lovely dyed garments to really appreciate their colors and character. You will feel "like a million" wearing one of them!

It's unbelievable that people actually like these frumpy threads and even stranger that it's considered "art"!
