Disappointed. Call me "old school" but greeting me when I walk in the door goes a long way. Hey, even an acknowledgment! We walked in the door, to a shop devoid of any other customers, and then were completely ignored by 2 salespeople who were obviously in a personal conversation about something more important than us. I have worked retail for over 10 years and know the importance of professionalism and good customer service and it starts with the basics. Needless to say, our wallets never left our pockets. We marched over to Martin Fitzpatrick and were blown away by not only their product, but the kindness and politeness given to us by their staff

Who buys this stuff? They're like the Hollister of Minnesota, being that in Askov and Finlayson actually dress in snowmobile outfits not trendily branded outerwear. Glad to see every other review addresses their useless nature though

This is a poser's paradise. A bunch of snotty nosed trust fund babies pretending to have a job. Must be owned by a Dayton or some other mogul who had to find a place for their kids/grandkids to "work." They were all screwin off when we entered the store - never greeted us- never asked if we needed help. The crappiest customer service and most lame excuse for a store ever.

Essentially this is a boutique men's store for the "up north" look. More specifically, the trendy, hipster, North Loop look. Lots of unique pieces at higher than necessary prices. I imagine that frat bros love this place.

Very insulting and poor customer service. They were talking about me not knowing my husband was right there. All I wanted was to buy a pair of WP sunglasses a day ago and they would not take an order on the phone. When I went in to get them they belittled my attempt to make a purchase and loudly called me Warby lady. Not my idea of customer service. Will not get my money again. Jeanette
