I live in a townhouse unit, and next door had a bdrm fire, causing a lot of smoke within our unit. The nextdoor unit already had contracted with Service Master. I called Service Master and actually got Evan on the phone, he immediatly went out to our place to survey any damage. Evan got back with me he, his supervisor, Jason, and Adjuster decided a hydroxyl generator would work best in our unit. Within 9-10 days, the smoke detected originally, was completely gone. These guys are pros, 100% faith, this team can cut any scenario.

This company was amazing to work with. We had a horrible city sewer issue and Evan and his team were with us from beginning to end. Their response was immediate, their communication was amazing and their compassion and understanding during such a terrible situation was a blessing.
