Extremely unhelpful. Wouldn't let me do anything because I want the main person on the account and wouldn't let that person ok it or verify who they were over the phone. Essentially the main account holder would have had to drive there for me to even check if my phone was insured.

Awful, three trips into the store and no solution. The automated process is a disaster, I'd suggest to not bundling or going through At&t. I wasted hours of my life then finally had someone help me online, the in-store consultant's were wrong the whole time. Fire the store manager.

Closest store to home but lacking customer service. They don't follow policies that other corporate At&T do and they are rude as well.
