The stars are for the merchandise, really nice things. No stars for customer service today. The store employee treated my 2 friends and I like we weren't worthy of the merchandise. When asked if she would open a jewelry case, she was snarky, and informed us it was probably too expensive but she would get the key. Little did she know we all could afford to buy things in that store. Lost my interest.

Bought shoes for my daughter last Saturday. First of all I was charged sales tax that shouldn’t of been charged. Second the shoes didn’t fit and I was told I couldn’t return them because I bought them during the 12 days of Christmas sale. I was not informed during the sale it was final. Receipt stated it in the fine print but who reads that? Shoes did not fit my daughter and they don’t have a size that does. The rude associate would not even consider a store credit so now I am stuck with shoes that no one can wear. They should notify you during a purchase when a sale is final. I have spent allot of money here and have referred friends over the years but will never shop here again.
