        US bank is big bank and don’t care much about its customer. Customer service is horrible. Mostly rude and unprofessional. Regrettable 10 years with this bank. I am waiting for the right moment to change.

        I visited this US Bank Branch to wire for domestic business, I was running late and wanted to beat the cut off. I arrived having only 11 minutes to wire the amount to a critical business purpose. Gladly, Courtney Richards (Assistant Manager) at the branch was able to help me beat the cut-off deadline and I was able to get my business done on time. I really appreciate the service and Thank you Courtney - the least is to do a positive review for those who do the job well and make customers happy. Thanks again.
