        Be very careful with this bank. I opened an account when I was resident in Minneapolis. I have since moved and got a new number and they say they cant help me access my money through online banking. They said they would send me my debit card through the mail but they never did.

        Over a year ago, I closed my account at the IDS branch and worked with Fathi Mohammed. I had a $0 balance and closed the account and opened a new one due to potential identity theft and account security. A few days later transactions came thru putting my account negative, which I received a letter about months later. Having Fathi Mohammeds business card, I sent her an email and asked why this happened when she was supposed to have closed my account. She did not even reply to me and had her manager call me who refused to make it right. Talked to corp. customer service they wouldn't do anything for me either. They charged my new account for the money and closed the old one months after it was supposed to be closed. DO NOT use TCF bank!!!
