Four Star Auto Service

I requested an oil change service on Tuesday and Milli scheduled me on Thursday. It seems like they have a lot of customers! I simply dropped my car there and Milli txted me that my car was ready. And the price was even lower than Milli's estimate! Such nice and affordable service! I think I'll stick to Four Star from now on!

Millie has taken care of my car for years. I can't recommend Four Star enough.. they are everything you want in a shop - fair, trustworthy, skilled, timely and courteous. I like supporting a local, woman-owned business, and I know that the reputation of Four Star is earned through years of building trust with her customers. I drive from Golden Valley to get to four star, I won't go anywhere else!

I have utilized Four Star both professionally and personally. All the staff are attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Milli is a gem, Mike is great, and Brian (the owner) is always friendly. I trust Four Star completely with the care of my vehicle!

I've been taking all of my vehicles and my families vehicles to 4 Star for 15 years. I've never had a bad experience. They are the best with older cars and helping you keep them running and they will never oversell unnecessary repairs. Millie is the Service Manager and she is awesome! She knows the business and she, along with the rest of the team will give you good solid advice. The mechanics are great and they will stand by their work. In the few instances when I've had to go back after a repair there were no questions asked, they just fixed it with no additional charge. This is a great, honest repair shop, I can't say enough good things about them.

The staff at Four star auto are always above and beyond. I had a pre-purchase inspection done at another chain shop a few months ago before I purchased my Honda Accord, and they seem to have missed the failing brake pads/rotors. After purchasing the car, I also kept hearing a humming sound coming from the blower motor. I took my car here and was extremely impressed by the level of customer service, price, and time needed for repairs. Everything was fixed to perfection, no problems. Over the past few months, I've called in to talk to Millie about my vehicle and she is always so pleasant to speak with. Her knowledge about cars is amazing, and it goes to show that the staff at Four Star Auto truly care about you and your vehicle. As someone new to MN, I am so glad to have found a new auto shop for my car that I can trust and rely on. Thanks Four star auto!
