If I could give no stars I would. I went yesterday to have a body shop fix this screw on my bumper. The guy let me know the person that handles that isn't in and to check back at ten. I was irritated at that because the hours say 8am its 8:30 at the time. But you know what its Friday. Ole'well. Came back later no one. So fine. Today I try again. I go in at Ten a.m. Some new guy says oh yeah I have someone to help with that. He calls over this guy who is the guy that sent me away the day before. Now I'm pussed because yesterday he didn't know anything about that. He's the mechanic not the body guy but now somehow his skillset changed 24 hours later. I was pissed. I spoke on it. And figured out I need to FIND A REAL BODY SHOP. This isn't the one for me. Great location. Bad service. I dont trust it.
