Filed for social security disability went through all the appeals to go to federal judge they don't finish federal judge Went to another attorney in June of 2023 and got approved for social security disability in October of 2023

2.5 years ago i suffered a traumatic brain injury at work. I worked in a lumberyard and while putting 10 foot treated 2x4s in a bunk from a bundle overhead on a forklift. I was in and out of the hospital genrose and multiple E.R visits . My sister said i need a lawyer and so i started looking for one Midwest Disability popped up on my search. Steve was very quick to return my call and talk about my case. I was very amazed that Steve was willing to take my case . I thought it was going to be alot of phone calls and emails But rarely Talked I probably called more then i should have but was Always treated very respectfully and professional . Paralegal Heather always returned my calls and took care of my issues and kept me at ease with the whole ordeal. I thought this was a 6month ordeal court case and done. Nope was i wrong But the team always notified me when necessary . There is a lot of behind the scenes people don't realize That's where Shelly came in Last few weeks have been email and Phone calls with here she wrapped thigs up and pushed to get the last little bit done to get me my settlement. What a Angel My Mediation came to be and with the covid pandemic was all over the phone 4.5 hours of Negotiations and was told I am in control Its my call. Mayo Here in Rochester DROPPED THE BALL on me . I had no chance in winning the case if it had been put in front of a judge i would have lost.
