This apartment building is a great place for those who have been homeless, had mental health or chemical dependency issues before that affected their ability to be stable. It is a sober community place, with case workers, 24 hour front desk staff, a community/ library room, a lounge area, a workout room, and a back, fenced in courtyard. It is conveniently located downtown Minneapolis, with close access to buses/ trains, and many places within walking distance. To become a resident you must be homeless for at least 14 consecutive days and been staying in a local shelter. That will qualify you for a Coordinated Entry Assessment. After the assessment you might qualify to be selected to live here. It's a nice place to live or gain stability to get back on your feet again with an emphasis on sobriety and community.
