Absolutely loved living here, has been a wonderful experience all year! Each of the staff are very friendly and helpful at all times, from office to maintenance to security staff, I have had wonderful interactions with them all. The building is always clean enough to meet my expectations, the location is extremely nice for being on campus, and the amenities are great with awesome views! I would highly recommend to anyone to live here!

This place is very sketchy. I have been paying my electricity bill directly to Xcel Energy for the whole year. 1 month before I leave, SVF sent me an email and said I owe them electricity money and the penalty each month that SVF claimed that I did not pay. I have been sending them the Xcel Energy statements showing I don't owe them anything. SVF refused to accept the monthly statement from Xcel Energy and claimed that Xcel Energy will not accept its own monthly statements as proof of payment. Now they tried to escalate the issue to their corp office and I may have to take legal action to get this resolved. Dealing with SVF has been a headache since day one. Avoid this place at all costs!

SVF has offered a great apartment living experience! The location, staff, and amenities have made my first year living in the cities amazing. I've gotten to know Mariam in the office who is very welcoming and helpful when it comes to inquiries regarding SVF!
