The scheduler seemed annoyed when she called my husband to set up his appointment so he could get his cpap that was much needed. She said he had to be there at 5 and if he came exactly at 5 he would not be able to get in because they will be closed. We offered to come sooner as we were already in town and she said 5 is the only time or wait till Friday. Which this happened on a Wednesday so we had to rush around as we already had appointments in Marshall & Tyler than had to come back to Marshall.
We talked to customer service where we worked with Dealyn and she was extremely helpful throughout the process. If all workers could be as cheerful and respectful as Dealyn this whole review would be 5 ! So Thank You

Troy was extremely helpful and patient with my mother. He helped her pick out a walker and made the purchase pleasant and enjoyable. They did a great job of giving advice and taking care of everything.

I called today to check on my cpap machine and when I could expect to get it. Here is how my conversation went:
Avera home medical this is Tracy (annoyed rude tone)
I said yes hi my name is Kristina strandmark Im calling to check on my cpap machine
She stated rudely and questionably unknowledgeable: umm I dont know anything about that.
Silence for 20 seconds
Tracy stated: I guess I can look it up : your date of birth?
I advised she asked my name advised
She said nope nothing when did you see the dr , stated over a week ago
She then said well Im not sure repeated my sob to me and said ya not pulling anything up
She did this a few times then said so your last name is brand
Advise no strandmark
She said okay
Bead white is not pulling up advised again strandmark
She said oh okay I misunderstood I found it looks like waiting on pre auth.
I thanked her and call ended.
Definitely not customer service to me at all some much needed training should be provided to people she could have asked for the spelling of my name if she didnt understand what I was saying. She also should have never told me Im I dont know. It should have been yes let me look that up Ill need your : .
