Great first experience. Therapist was warm, welcoming, informative, interactive, personable, and easy going. Made the sessions enjoyable.

I didnt have the worst experiences but both times were not good either. So glad i talked to someone and checked the reviews because it wasn't me being sensitive -- they have at least one psychotic receptionist and Therapist. I will say Annaliese is wonderful and had i seen her the second time i probably would've continued going here because she was flawless as a Therapist and a person

The therapist I have been working with is great. One of their receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. Seriously makes me want to move to another rehabilitation center.

I was verbally assaulted and threatened by a PT; Luciana Bacardi. She thought she was being righteous, but she was entirely out of line and acted completely deranged by running up to my vehicle (full-fledged RUNNING with a terrifying look on her face, like she was competing in an Olympic race -- I was terrified), screaming and swearing at me; she was completely unhinged and out of control. She refused to listen to the extenuating circumstances that caused an individual to be left at the rehab center which was not okay, but ultimately was beyond my control and an innocent mistake that happened because of poor communication. Note: The individual is very independent and intelligent and therefore has alone time in the community which doesn't excuse them being left too long after their appointment, but means that they weren't in danger if left alone. The first thing the physical therapist said was not concern for this individual, but that she was forced to stay late, indicating she was more upset about her being inconvenienced. Her license should be revoked. She is a danger to patients and society with a temper like the one she demonstrated. There's never a reason a medical professional should swear at and verbally abuse anyone in the context of her working.

Recently worked here as PSC and had to leave due to what is happening behind the scenes and being completely undervalued as an employee! They worked me till burnout and that's when I parted. The therapists are fantastic and deserve much better too!! Due to terrible administration, lack of appreciation for patients/employees, how central teams treat our patients I could never recommend this as a place to work or refer anyone for here therapy! The billing team can't even help patients answer basic questions and their supposed to be knowledgeable. People will come directly to the clinic hoping to get an answer to only to be turned around usually for the 2nd or 3rd time. Central scheduling ONLY does their job 50/50 of the time and must depend on the day of the week! Doctors write orders for specifics and so many things missed. It's sad and quite honestly embarrassing for everyone involved. Every concern that has ever been had and seen at the front end is always brought forward and nothing ever improves or changes!! They have a rhyme and reason and excuse for everything! Higher management just seems to not care about anything. I could go on and on but don't waste your time, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for all around care!! Not to mention the therapists 3 to 5 days out of the week will always have someone on their schedule that will have to be called same day because they're not trained in the area or not their specialty. How are these errors happening every other day for months and months?! This is a specialty clinic. These things should not be happening, especially when we're seeing such comprehensive patients. Hopefully Sanford makes the necessary changes and can improve the organization to better serve the patients in their community.
