In this time of such heavy patient care needs this hospital was top notch. The staff was never rushed took all the time with me that I needed. As a former health care worker this was the best experience. Thank you all.

This ER is in a different time zone. Everything is SSSSLLLOOWWW. There is zero urgency. My husband was in so much pain he was vomiting. They didn't offer him a puke bag and they weren't at all concerned about his appendix exploding, which would cause him to die. Its as if there is no-one working! If you have a choice, don't come here!!

Came to the ER & receptionist was no help. Triage nurse was not attentive to our needs. Waited over 2 hours before asking when we can expect to receive treatment. Response from nurse was "it's going to be a long time" but she was going back & forth to make sure others were able to get treatment, those who arrived after us too. Felt unacknowledged & discriminated here.
