Solos Pizza Cafe

Best place to have a sit down with family enjoy great pizza great service and great place! Wonderful experience wonderful place wonderful service. Will definitely be back again again and again!

As what appears a pattern, my experience last night (Saturday) was not a good one. We maybe order every other month and the last time was ok. We used to order more on a regular basis when Solos had BOGO offers. Last night I ordered by phone at 8:20pm. I was told 15- 20 minutes and was there by 8:35. Was told pizza was not ready which was ok and I paid. Was looking at my phone (not really paying attention to the kitchen) but then noticed that a family of 5 that was just ordering when I came in was already receiving their order for dining-in at about 8:50. Then at about 8:55 I received my order of White Hen and Big Tony pizzas and was on my way. I will say that the staff were very polite and attentive (as opposed to other reviews here). When I got home (I live about 3 minutes away), I opened the box and attempted to take a slice out and the whole pizza was nothing but mush, almost soup-like! So had my order been sitting on a rack for the 20 minutes I was waiting? So we put each pizza on a pizza pan and slid it in the oven for about 20 minutes and that did help the consistency. But when I bit into my Big Tony, it had a foreign taste. My wife tasted it and thought it tasted like maybe the "Creamy Garlic Sauce" that is used for the White Hen had first been applied to mine. Anyway, even though I was hungry, I could not finish it like I usually do. We may give Solos another try, but with the way the reviews look here I'm not sure. Sorry to see the the product/service decline as we used to really like Solos.

Pizza used to be good would come here all the time for lunch. New management and Pizza doesn't taste good anymore. There Quality has gotten really bad. Time to find a new pizza joint.

I am staying at the Hilton Garden Inn across the street and decided to take a walk over to this establishment regardless of all the recent negative posts. Sign states it is open til 9 and the lady behind register stated they are closed and it was 8. I said sign states 9. She said they recently changed the hours and rambled on.....it was weird Response to owner. The sign and YOUR website state 9. Weird!! If u send me ur email I can send pics for proof but you can simply look yourself

This is the drink station. The rest of the place doesn't look much better. It was not clean at all. Pizza was still good (and staff working hard) but I have to wonder about the cleanliness of the food prep area if this is what the customer seating area looks like. Probably my last visit to Solos until I see improvement.
