This review is directly towards staff and the poor customer service. Second time here this week, not greeted once. Wouldve appreciated if someone offered to help, I was the only customer in the store at the time. I wouldve bought more if this place was more welcoming. Otherwise, I do like the decor and pricing. I will plan on shopping online or at other stores from now on.

I went into this store to see if I could return two frames that I received as a gift and was hoping they would accept my return. The store employee was so incredibly accommodating and gave me store credit for the items. I bought an item I actually needed with it and it was perfect! They are incredibly understanding with their returns and provided excellent customer service! Thank you Kirklands! I will definitely be returning to your store!
