        Very bad customer service. The Manager Terrance has an inappropriate actitud to the customers. this is a second time that I have a problem with him. the store have great baby stuffs but has lack of professionalism. this is my last time ever!! im done with this store.

        There's no logical reason for requiring an ID for exchanges (especially the fact that you'll take ANY ID, not the one who made the purchase). It's hard enough to get a newborn ready & out the door then to have ZERO flexibility. I will NOT shop at an establishment where there are fatuous innane policies that they can't make an exception for the sake of serving their guests without a huge head ache.
