        My experience with Arianna and Wes has been incredible so far. I just filed, and I feel super confident in my decision and this team. I had a consultation with another firm in addition to Life Back, and where that firm made me fearful, Ari and Wes made me feel confident and positive. Ari brings a sense of calm and humanity to a million sometimes hard-to-answer questions. Shes kind and creates an atmosphere of trust in a scenario that might be scary for some.         I did make a mistake, The below took place in St. Cloud not Mapel Grove. I would be very careful with this firm for Bankruptcy. a very close friend of mine going through financial trouble, as most people seeking bankruptcy. Met with them on a Friday under the impression it was a free consultation, was told they couldn't file chapter 7 bankruptcy must file a 13, They paid them over $2100.00. In advance. was told money back guarantee. Over the weekend they decided not to file, to contact the creditors and work something out. The following Monday they contacted the lawyer to let them know. The law firm refuses to refund any of the proceeds. NOT A PENNY! TRUE STORY! anyone would understand if they kept a couple hundred for their time, but to keep it all and then say they worked on it all weekend and then some is ridiculous. I'd find another firm!

      Hi Mike! Let’s speak in hypotheticals since we never comment on any client’s case. Suppose a client lied to the firm about relevant facts trying to trick the firm into filing one kind of bankruptcy without problems but lying about what assets the person owns. Now suppose the same person- when he was caught, threatened our staff to the point where this person was told the police would be called. Some people lie with ease right? And after making the firm do an extraordinary amount work due to these lies then demands a full refund right? But suppose this same person signed a contract and an agreement requiring them to tell us the truth and billing them for our time. Now further suppose this person has no problems with our conservative time entires but just wants a full refund because they were caught lying to the firm about important facts- like assets you own? We could save this person- and anyone looking at whether to hire us a favor and tell you if you plan to lie to us and then threaten our staff to the point police will be called, you are not a LifeBack Law client and you should go somewhere else.We wish your “friend” well. We wish they look in the mirror and ask why they behave the way they do. Why are they at war with the world. Why do they lie with such ease and then threaten others when caught. Thank you for giving us an opportunity to respond to your “review”. By the way- why are you posting a review anyway? You didn’t deal with us your “friend” did.We thank you for highlighting our core values: kindness and helpfulness. We also notice your reviews of other businesses are scathing too. Quite the shock. Please tell your “friend” not to contact our firm again or we will press charges for terroristic threats.
