Came here to look at scooters for my 98 year old neighbor. Nicole helped us. I wish I could describe how wonderful, honest and kind she is. My neighbor bought the scooter! We are so thankful for her and her team! Thank you so much!

Scott always makes sure my son has the best equipment. He does this by getting to know my family and advocating strongly for my son. Scott is a gem because he is truly caring about helping people be well equipped because he knows the impact. He goes out of his way to do a good job. My family is so appreciative of his authenticity, the kindness of all the staff, and the mechanics of John who is also a talented and caring person. Thank you Handi Mankato you make my sons life better!

We have worked with Joe the technician for Handi Medical Mankato several times and he is always very helpful resolving my mothers mobility wheel chair problems. Most recently we had bad weather and couldnt come in person but he was able to talk me through a simple fix and get her back moving. Thank you for your superior customer service.
