        Wells Fargo canceled my debit card without warning, and I went into this branch to sort it out while avoiding the endless automated menus in the phone based customer service. I waited in line only to have them tell me I needed to call customer service and take care of it that way. If they cant take care of something this simple in-house then Im not sure what theyre good for. Goodbye WF, just one more reason to switch to a credit union.

        Incorrect hours posted on the front door in big white letters (9-2 on Saturday). There's a crumpled up paper showing different hours in Spanish for some reason. Please clearly post your actual hours on your front door so I don't have to ask Google why you're closed. EDIT: Don't ask me to contact you via a different channel. It's your hours on your own front door. Fix it yourself!
