Would not recommend State Farm found better rates with liberty mutual saved a few hundred by switching to them

I wouldn't even give a star if I didn't have to. I was in an accident in November of 2019. First, my claim/vehicle was lost for several months. Then I had issues with my Title being lost. When I went in to the office to get advice on what I could do to fix or help fix the situation I was screamed at by a staff member. Both these were eventually resolved. While all this is going on they are still charging me for my totalled vehicle that I know longer have or have the title for. So May of 2020 I requested that they take my totalled car off my insurance. The individual I talked to acted shocked and stated he would get this taken care of and try to get me a refund. I shortly received a letter saying they had done so. This was not reflected on my account nor on my bill. So I waited a bit and contacted them again. Same shocked response and a promise to try and get a refund. 6 months go by and this time my partner contacted them. Same shocked response and promise of a refund. The claim was closed and my car was taken off the account but my next bill only showed a $3 change. Now the employees are ignoring/not returning our calls. Planning to file a formal complaint and discontinue services with the agency as a whole or switching to a different State Farm Agency.
