        Great lady dentist (sorry I'm bad with names). Straightforward care with explanations given. Procedure (extraction of tooth) done very efficiently with minimal if any discomfort. Thank you, you guys are awesome!!

        Today I saw Dr. Nisha Jain and she was amazing! Every time I go to Apple Tree in Madelia everyone is so nice. I always speak so highly of this place! Because they truly care about their patient's and want them to feel comfortable at all times. Thank you to all staff members!

        I took my child here. They sent my child away with a swollen mouth and face and in pain. Didn't offer any pain meds, antibiotics, or even offer any advice. This place should not be in business, especially with children. I now have to take my child to the EDbEDtonget him on meds and found another dentist that will help him. What a shame.
