        I lived here. I loved it. I had a great 1300 sq ft apartment overlooking the gym. It wasn’t clean when we moved in, but they reimbursed us. My key didn’t always work for the bottom door, and shared laundry isn’t my thing. The dryers never dried my clothes. Otherwise it was a good place to live. We had really friendly neighbors. When we needed something fixed they promptly fix it. Our biggest issue was the heat. It would only get to 62 degrees and it was -30 out most of February. The heat is electric so it cost more. All the heat goes to the 3rd floor, and we were on 2nd. I never lived here in the summer, but Luverne is a wonderful town. My main reason for moving in was that they accepted pets.
