I've had one encounter with this place. Called them at 12pm on friday and was told all sales guys were busy so they needed to call me back. 3:15 pm they still hadn't called back so I called again"first red flag". I spoke with the owner who told me his"second red flag" sales manager isn't there today and actually was "third red flag"driving the vehicle that I was interested in looking at due to an accident he had in his own vehicle. So he tells me I would need to send pictures of my trade so he could get them over to the sales manager. I sent the info he requested and he called me back to let me know they aren't interested in my trade which is valued anywhere from 8k to 16k and tells me they can sell me the car that I can't come look at today outright and not deal with the trade. Unbelievable to me a dealership that can't call you back and doesn't deal with my trade has a 4.5 rating on google. Places like this give all car dealerships bad names.
