Tim Sumner is a very reasonable property manager and he will everything he can to meet the needs of his tenants, provided that his tenants engage with him in a manner that is respectful and responsible.

We have had poor experiences with contractors in the past, both for a roof replacement and for a large deck build in our back yard. Our experience with Matt Sumner and Cornerstone Property Executives was a breath of fresh air. We wanted to do a large kitchen remodel, taking out a wall, doubling the size of our kitchen, and putting in an oversized island. Matt's quote wasn't the cheapest, but it was the most thorough, and he stood behind the quality of his work and each of the subcontractors he was going to use. One of our biggest frustrations in the past had been lack of clarity and communications, and I am happy to share that we never had to worry about that with Matt. He was very upfront about the times he or his team were going to be at our house, what they were going to do, if they ran into any issues, what our timeline was looking like, and how we were doing against our budget. He was also forthright when issues came up, like supply chain issues that meant we needed to pick out new flooring, or when our previous wiring was done incorrectly and needed to be fixed. All of that was great, but what really stands out, is the quality and craftsmanship of the kitchen remodel itself. We truly have a statement kitchen that we are excited about and proud of. I can't recommend Matt Sumner and Cornerstone Property Executives any higher. Service: Kitchen remodeling
