We recently had water damage from a sink that overflowed in our utility room. We called ServPro and appreciated the prompt, efficient, and friendly service. I would like to mention James, Adrian, Adam, and Mike. These are the service professionals that were in our home. They communicated what they were doing and the progress that was being made. They didn't respond to my phone calls. Didn't leave fans or dehumidifiers. Sucked up water but didn't hear from them. Insurance Company was very helpful and took over trying to talk them. After one month still waiting for them to send insurance company carpet sample. I would not hire them again.
