        Picking our tree as a family has been tradition for years. Over the last few years we have added wreathes to our tradition. The creativity and talent put into their wreathes is amazing.

        So many trees the deer have eaten or very poor tree shearing and many had poor color. Most trees are #2's or worse. Did'nt see any #1 or premium trees. The place seemed disorganized and very expensive for a #2 tree. Next year some place else.

        Please bring back the cookies and cider. It makes it feel so warm and cozy. Makes it feel like family. Really disappointed not having that. Turcks has been a family tradition for years. Such a wonderful experience. They have a hayride on the weekends that takes you to and from the tree field. They shake and bale your tree also. The lodge has beautiful gifts, wreaths, precut trees and variety of tasty food items like jams and soup mixes. They also have hot apple cider and cookies for guests to enjoy and warm up with. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They even have staff that walk the fields just in case you need help. Highly recommended Turcks.

      Hello, we are sorry you didn't enjoy the tree selection at our farm this year. As our signage states, the deer ate too many of our Fraser Firs in 1 out of 12 fields that are open this year. Last winter was very rough for the trees and the deer. We kept the damaged trees and hope they will recover in a year or two. We are not expecting customers to buy those trees, however, we have thousands of other premium trees including Balsam and Canaan Firs to pick from in our fields - and a nice selection of precut trees as well. As for your pricing comment, we have done our research and know that we have the lowest prices and best selection for a choose and cut farm in our area this season. We hope you enjoy the tree you chose this year and have a merry Christmas!
