The cement contractor that lifestyle homes sublet work to made many many mistakes and essentially ruined our sidewalks and garage floor. He tried to fix it but didn't know how and lifestyle homes did not care . Also sinks are cheap and broke within first year. Other fixtures also replaced right away. Many many issues, would not recommend.

Been living in the home for about 3 months now. Lifestyle was helpful, polite, and informative with the buying process. We love the home and were surprised at the quality and customization options. After the home was delivered, they have still been prompt and helpful with our questions. And the service guy was very thorough with fixing the small issues that come from the house settling. They're making sure we are happy with our purchase.

This is the worst experience I have ever encountered. It was at least 2 years to complete, Jon and Dustin do not return calls, messages or emails or take a month or more after you keep at them. Lumps in the carpet because we upgraded and told to go around with a hammer to break them up. This is the kind of quality in product and repairs you get. Always had excuses to blame everyone else why work is not getting done. We had to complete clean up because they did not, cuts in the flooring they just put glue on them, staples on edging of carpet that come thru carpet, poor siding work and poor roofing. Never did Jon or Dustin come to check on issues we encountered, would just put it on workers are bad workers. Had them put up a shed and it was to match house, it does not and the shed has gaps, a wrap was to go on before the siding and they did not and only sprayed foam to fix, landscaping was left a total mess, used poor boards for the porch. I could go on and on but this is the point, my husband got a medical anxiety condition from all this that will not go away. Got charged more from taking so long and pricing going up. I would never recommend this company for anything.
